NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Juvo Wheatland, LLC has filed an application for the following:
Rezone from Ranching, Agricultural and Mining (RAM) land classification to Industrial classification in Part Lot 1, Section 4, Township 24 North, Range 67 West AND All Section 33 and the W1/2W1/2 Section 34, Township 25 North, Range 67 West, Platte County, Wyoming.
Public hearings for this application will be held by the Platte County Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday December 10, 2026, at 6:00PM at the AgriPlex (4-H Building), located at 59 Antelope Gap Rd, Wheatland, WY, and by the Platte County Commissioners on Thursday December 17, 2026, at 1:00PM in the same location.
