2025 Chevrolet Tahoe Police Vehicle
The Town of Wheatland is soliciting sealed bids for the purchase of one new 2025 Chevrolet Tahoe police vehicle, white in color, equipped with four-wheel drive and complete police upfit.
The vehicle and upfit package must be new, meet applicable federal, state, and local requirements, and include all equipment, installation, delivery, warranties, and related services necessary to provide a fully operational police vehicle. Bids should clearly identify the vehicle specifications, police upfit components, delivery schedule, warranty coverage, total cost, and any applicable taxes or fees.
Bid submission requirements may be obtained from the Town of Wheatland at 600 9th Street, Wheatland, WY 82201. Sealed bids must be clearly marked “Bid—2025 Chevrolet Tahoe Police Vehicle” and delivered to 600 9th Street, Wheatland, WY 82201 no later than November 13, 2026, at 4:00 p.m..
The Town of Wheatland reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive minor informalities, and select the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Town. The Town also reserves the right to negotiate with a responsive and responsible bidder in accordance with applicable law.
