NOTICE TO APPROPRIATORS OF GROUND WATER
IN THE PLATTE COUNTY
CONTROL AREA
The following application was received by the State Engineer’s Office. Upon conclusion of advertising and public comment, the application will be considered by the Platte County Control Area Advisory Board for their recommendation.
Matthew L Keil: T.F. No. U.W. 47-7-363W, Matt Keil Well is a well application for irrigation use. Proposed production rate is 1000 gpm, with an annual total volumetric quantity of 160 acre-feet to irrigate 80 acres. The well will be located in T25N, R68W, Section 31, SE¼ SE¼.
Any objections to the granting of the application must be made in writing to the State Engineer, Attn: Ground Water Division, 122 W. 25th Street, Herschler Building 2W, Cheyenne, WY 82002 or emailed to ryan.cox1@wyo.gov. Objections must be received within ten (10) days of the final publication of this notice.
