NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
SAC Wireless, on behalf of Union Wireless, has filed an application for the following:
Special Use Permit for a Wireless Communication Tower in a Ranching, Agricultural, and Mining (RAM) District in Part SW1/4SE1/4 Section 21, Township 21 North, Range 66 West, Platte County, Wyoming.
Public hearings for these applications will be held by the Platte County Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, December 10, 2026, at 6:00 PM at the AgriPlex, located at 59 Antelope Gap Rd, Wheatland, WY, and by the Platte County Commissioners on Thursday December 17, 2026, at 1:00 PM in the same location. Let your voice be heard, come to the meetings and/or send an email to planner@plattecountywyoming.com with any thoughts, concerns or ideas by noon on December 3, 2026.
