Posted

WHEATLAND –  This coming weekend will mark the 65th time that the Wheatland High School “Old Grads” will come together for a reunion.

The stipulation for attending this graduation is that you must have graduated 40 years ago, or more.

The group will meet for this weekend’s activities June 24-25. Friday night at 6 p.m. the group will meet for an icebreaker at the Platte County Agriplex. Complimentary appetizers and a cash bar will be available. It will be a chance to reconnect with old friends, meet new friends and welcome the new class of 1982 to the group.

Saturday morning the group will convene at Wheatland High School’s gym and commons area for a 9 a.m. brunch and business meeting. Tickets for the brunch are available at the door.

This year scholarships will be awarded to Rodee Brow and Chloe Palmer who will look forward to officially joining this group in the year 2062.
