Charles W. “Charlie” Hechtner, 81, entered into the presence of his Savior on Sunday, Feb. 9, 2025 in Wheatland, Wyoming.
Charlie Hechtner was born on Monday, Nov. 8, 1943, the son of Niles and Dorothy (Burnett) Hechtner in Princeton, Illinois.
Charlie was a quiet and simple man with a very strong faith.
He is survived by his forever wife of 46 years, Vicki Hechtner of Wheatland; two loving daughters, Kelly Hechtner and Karen (Chris Bednar) Hechtner both of Sheffield, Illinois; loving grandson, Ethan Ainley of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; two loving sisters, Bonnie (David) Nash and Marilyn Bryant all of Kewanee, Illinois; and many loving nieces and nephews.
A memorial to the Wheatland Bible Church, P.O. Box 685, Wheatland, WY 82201 would be appreciated by the family.
