NOTICE TO APPROPRIATORS OF GROUND WATER IN THE PLATTE COUNTY CONTROL AREA
The following application was received by the State Engineer’s Office. Upon conclusion of advertising and public comment, the application will be considered by the Platte County Control Area Advisory Board for their recommendation.
Tyler Lauck: T.F. No. U.W. 47-5-273W, Ella Irrigation Well is a well application for irrigation use. Proposed production rate is 1200 gpm, with an annual total volumetric quantity of 300 acre-feet to irrigate 160. The well will be located in T24N, R68W, Section 29, SW¼ SW¼.
Any objections to the granting of the application must be made in writing to the State Engineer, Attn: Ground Water Division, 122 W. 25th Street, Herschler Building 2W, Cheyenne, WY 82002 or emailed to ryan.cox1@wyo.gov. Objections must be received within ten (10) days of the final publication of this notice.
