NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUMMARY
DISTRIBUTION OF DECEDENT’S ESTATE
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED, TAKE NOTICE:
Judy Carol Nichols a/k/a Judy C. Nichols a/k/a Judy Nichols died on the 25th day July 2026, at Wheatland City, Platte County, Wyoming, leaving Juanita Elaine Hout and Mike Van Ausdal as beneficiaries.
On the 25th day of August 2026, Mike Van Ausdal and Juanita Elaine Hout, filed, in the District Court of the Eighth Judicial District, Platte County, State of Wyoming, an Application for Decree of Distribution, pursuant to Wyoming Statutes § 2-1-205, praying that the Court distribute all of the decedent’s interest in and to the following described real and personal property unto the above-mentioned heirs:
Lot 10 in the Lock Addition to the Town of Wheatland, Platte County, Wyoming.
First State Bank, Wheatland, Safe Deposit
2017 Buick Enclave
Household furnishings and contents of the real property
Said Application has been set down for hearing before the Court at the District Court, Platte County Courthouse, Wheatland, Wyoming, at 8:30 a.m. on the 6th day of October 2026, where all persons interested may appear and object to the granting of the relief.
IF THERE ARE NO OBJECTIONS TO THE APPLICATION AND IF IT APPEARS THAT THE FACTS SET FORTH IN THE APPLICATION ARE NOT IN DISPUTE, the Court will enter its Decree of Distribution setting over all the decedent’s interest in the aforementioned real property as requested in the application filed herein.
