APPLICATION FOR DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION OF REAL PROPERTY BY AFFIDAVIT AND SUMMARY PROCEDURE; ESTABLISHING RIGHT, TITLE AND INTEREST
The undersigned, pursuant to Wyoming State Statute Section 2-1-205 (a) (i) through (iv). petitions the Court for a Decree of Distribution of Real Property by Affidavit and Summary Procedure. establishing the right. title and interest to certain real property, states and attests as follows:
1. The decedent, Orval Orlando Kludy, died intestate on May 2nd, 2018, then beinga resident of Casper, Natrona County, Wyoming. A copy of the State of Wyoming Department of Health Certificate of Death is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
2. At the time of his death, decedent owned an interest in certain real property located in Glendo, Platte County, Wyoming, and more particularly described as follows:
Township 29 North, Range 68 West Section 14 of the 6th P.M.
Lot 47, Lakeshore Tracts, situated in the N1/2 NWl/4 of Section 14, Platte County, Wyoming Street Address: 23 Oak Street. Glendo, WY 82213
3.That no other property exists which requires distribution, and the value of the entire estate,
located in Wyoming, or otherwise subject to probate administration in this state, less liens and
encumbrances, does not exceed Four Hundred Thousand Dollars ($400,000.00). See attached hereto and made a part hereof:
A.“Letter of No Interest” by the Wyoming Department of Health, and
B.A Statement of Market Value of the aforementioned real property.
4.Thirty (30) days have elapsed since the death of the decedent.
5.No other application for appointment of personal representative or Distribution of Estate is pending, or has been granted in any jurisdiction in this state.
6.Decedent OrVal Orlando Kludy is survived by his wife, Terry Kludy, and Five (5) biological children, all of whose names and addresses are listed as follows:

R. King K/N/A Jackie Waggener whose address is 8207 Alexander Road, Evansville, WY 82636.
8.Further. attached hereto and made a part hereof. is the ··Warranty Deed·· from Terry L. Kludy to Jackie R. King NKA Jackie R. Waggener. all of which are specifically pertaining to:
