NOTICE TO APPROPRIATORS OF GROUNDWATER IN THE PLATTE COUNTY CONTROL AREA
The following petition was received by the Board of Control and will be considered by the Platte County Control Area Advisory Board for their recommendation at the Fall 2026 meeting.
von Forell Herefords, LP: Docket #I-U-2026-2-1, Matt No. 1 Well, Permit No. U.W. 17036, is a groundwater petition to relocate an irrigation well. The permanently relocated Matt No. 1 will be located in Lot 4 (NW¼NW¼) of Sec 6, T24N, R66W and will irrigate 373.37 acres in the Lot 2 (NWI/4NEI/4), SW1/4NEI/4, Lot 3 (NE1/4NW1/4), Lot 4 (NWI/4NWI/4), Lot 5 (SW1/4NW1/4), SE1/4NW1/4, NEI/4SW1/4, Lot 6 (NWI/4SWI/4), Lot 7 (SW1/4SWI/4), SEI/4SWI/4, NWI/4SEI/4 all in Sec 6-T24N-R66W and Lot 1 (NE1/4NE1/4), SE1/4NE1/4, NEI/4SE1/4, SWI/4SEI/4, SE1/4SEI/4 all in Sec. l-T24N-R67W.
