DISTRIBUTION OF REAL PROPERTY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Wyoming Statute § 2-1-205, a sworn application has been filed in the Laramie County District Court on August 6, 2026, for a decree establishing in Tammy Reeves, the Successor Trustee of THIRD AMENDMENT TO THE JOANNE REFFALT LIVING TRUST DATED APRIL 6, 2009, all rights and title in the following described real property:
Township 27 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M., Platte County, Wyoming
Section 31: W½NE¼
If, after publication of this notice of application once a week for two consecutive weeks, it appears that the facts stated in the application are not in dispute, the Court shall enter such a decree.
