PUBLIC NOTICE – Hearing before the Planning and Zoning Commission, Town of Wheatland
Notice is hereby given that an application has been submitted to the Town of Wheatland Planning and Zoning Commission for approval of a Special Use Permit to allow vacant lots to be rented long term to travel trailers in an area zoned mobile home park located at 1700 11th Street.
An application seeking deannexation of 4.57+/- acres near 21 Cozad Road will be presented
Applications for a sign permits have been filed for 611 9th Street and 301 16th Street will also be presented to the Commission.
A public hearing on these applications will be held on:

At this hearing, all interested persons will have the opportunity to be heard and to present written or oral comments regarding the proposed applications.
A copy of the applications and related documents are available for public inspection at the Town of Wheatland Planning and Zoning Department during regular business hours.
