NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Five Nine Design Group has filed an application for the following:
Special Use Permit for a digital and/or data storage facility in a Ranching Agricultural and Mining zoned parcel in Part NE1/4NW1/4Section 22, Township 22 North, Range 67 West, Platte County, Wyoming.
Public hearings for these applications will be held by the Platte County Planning and Zoning Commission on Tuesday, September 8, 2026 at 7pm in the Commissioner’s Room at the Platte County Courthouse, located at 800 9th Street, Wheatland, WY, and by the Platte County Commissioners on Tuesday, September 15, 2026 at 10:00 AM in the same location. Let your voice be heard, come to the meetings and/or send an email to planner@plattecountywyoming.com with any thoughts, concerns or ideas by noon on September 3, 2026.
