NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Site Layer 4, LLC has filed an application for the following:
Rezone from Ranching Agricultural and Mining land classification into Industrial classification in Sec 4, SE1/4 Sec 5, SE1/4 Sec 7, S1/2 & NE1/4 Sec 8, All Sec 9, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, N1/2NW1/4 Sec 29, Township 23 North, Range 65 West AND S1/2 Sec 33, Township 24 North, Range 65 West, Platte County, Wyoming.
Public hearings for these applications will be held by the Platte County Planning and Zoning Commission on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at 7pm in the Commissioner’s Room at the Platte County Courthouse, located at 800 9th Street, Wheatland, WY, and by the Platte County Commissioners on Thursday, August 20, 2026 at 10:00 AM in the same location. Let your voice be heard, come to the meetings and/or send an email to planner@plattecountywyoming.com with any thoughts, concerns or ideas by noon on August 6, 2026.
