NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR DECREE
TAKE NOTICE that Eric Lawrence has filed an Application for Decree in the matter of the estate of Ricki L. Lawrence wherein he alleges the said Ricki L. Lawrence died on the 30th day of March, 2026, a resident of Platte County, State of Wyoming and at the time of death he was the owner of the following real property in Platte County, Wyoming:
An undivided one-half interest in and to:
Lot 93, West Subdivision to the Town of Guernsey, Platte County, Wyoming.
The application alleges that Vicki Jan Auzqui and Eric John Lawrence are all the heirs at law of the decedent who have the right to succeed to the title to the property.
The application shall be heard by the Court in the Courtroom, Platte County Courthouse, Wheatland, Wyoming, on the 4th day of August, 2026, at the hour of 9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard and if it appears that the facts stated in the Application are not in dispute the Court will enter a Decree establishing the right and title to the property.
