The Wyoming Municipal Power Agency (WMPA) and its consultant EDM International, Inc. are seekingproposals from qualified steelpole manufactures for three steel transmission poles made in America to be delivered to Wheatland, Wyoming before March 1, 2027. Preference is given poles manufactured or supplied by a resident of the state of Wyoming, with the quality being equalt o articles offered by the competitors outside of the state. WMPA reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities ifdeemed in its best interest. While pricing is an important factor, it will not be the sole consideration when evaluating proposals. WMPA is not obligated to selectthe lowest bid but rather the proposal that is deemed to be in its bestinterest.
