NOTICE FOR PROPOSERS: The Town of Wheatland, Wyoming is requesting proposals from
qualified vendors for fully managed IT services. The successful vendor will provide ongoing
managed information technology support for Town operations under a proposed three-year
agreement. Proposal documents may be obtained from the Town of Wheatland beginning
June 3rd, 2026. Sealed proposals or other approved submissions must be received by the
Town no later than June 19, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. Questions and proposal requests may be

and to waive informalities in the best interest of the Town.
