NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUMMARY
DISTRIBUTION OF DECEDENT’S ESTATE
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED, TAKE NOTICE:
Marian Joyce Gilson a/k/a Marian J. Gilson a/k/a Marian Gilson died on the 14th day April 2026, at League City, Galveston County, Texas, leaving Michael A. Gilson, as her sole beneficiary.
On the 28th day of May 2026, Michael A. Gilson, filed, in the District Court of the Eighth Judicial District, Platte County, State of Wyoming, an Application for Decree of Distribution, pursuant to Wyoming Statutes § 2-1-205, praying that the Court distribute all of the decedent’s interest in and to the following described real and personal property unto the above-mentioned heir:
South 67 Feet of Lot E-2, also known as Block E-2, West Subdivision, Town of Guernsey, Platte County, Wyoming.
Said Application has been set down for hearing before the Court at the District Court, Platte County Courthouse, Wheatland, Wyoming, at 8:30 a.m. on the 20th day of July 2026, where all persons interested may appear and object to the granting of the relief.
IF THERE ARE NO OBJECTIONS TO THE APPLICATION AND IF IT APPEARS THAT THE FACTS SET FORTH IN THE APPLICATION ARE NOT IN DISPUTE, the Court will enter its Decree of Distribution setting over all the decedent’s interest in the aforementioned real property as requested in the application filed herein.
