Platte County School District #1, Wheatland, Wyoming, is accepting request for bid proposals for the Wheatland Middle School Interior Painting Project.
The work includes, but is not limited to: Main Hall painting, at Wheatland Middle School at 2600 W Mariposa Pkwy, Wheatland Wyoming 82201. All work must be performed between 6/1/26-9/15/26. Platte County School District #1 is a tax-exempt organization. The specifications can be requested from James Tolle at the district office at 307-322-3175.
Bids will be accepted until 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 13th, 2026. At which time they will be opened at the district office.
Sealed bids shall be marked “Wheatland Middle School Interior Painting Project” and delivered or mailed to the Central Business Office at 1350 Oak Street Wheatland, WY 82201.
Platte County School District #1 reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bid process. Platte County School District #1 does not bind itself to accept the lowest bid price, but rather the bid it deems in the best interest of the school district.
