LEGAL NOTICE: Acting as the Design-Builder for the Platte County Courthouse – Phase 2 – Exterior Renovation and Roof Replacement project in Wheatland, WY, Sampson Construction invites you to submit a bid for this project. This project will consist of selective demolition, cast-in-place concrete and concrete restoration, cleaning, restoring, and treatment of masonry, metal fabrications, metal ladders, decorative metal, rough carpentry, roof replacement (abatement and removal by others), traffic coatings, new membrane roofing, sheet metal flashing and trim, roof specialties, joint sealants, conservation treatment of openings and finishes, cement plastering, exterior painting, high performance coatings, and a limited amount of plumbing and electrical work. Estimated Project Completion date is December 31, 2026. An optional pre-bid meeting will be held at the Platte County Courthouse located at 800 9th St, Wheatland, WY 82201 at 4:00PM MDT on April 16th, 2026. Bids are due prior to 3:00 PM MST on April 23rd, 2026. Bids will only be accepted by fax (307-426-4051) or email to (estimating@sampson-construction.com).
