NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR DECREE
TAKE NOTICE that Kent Graves has filed an Application for Decree in the matter of the estate of Gary Curtis Graves wherein he alleges Gary Curtis Graves died on the 10th day of July, 2016, a resident of Platte County, Wyoming, and at the time of death he was the owner of the following real property in Platte County, Wyoming:
Beginning at a True Point of Beginning which is the NE corner of the
SE¼SE¼ Section 13, Township 24 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M. and which point lies North 1318.48 feet from the SE corner of said Section 13: thence from this TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING North 88°22”W 208.71 feet along the north boundary of said SE¼SE¼; thence South parallel to said east boundary 208.71 feet; thence East on a line parallel to said north boundary a distance of 208.71 feet to a point on said east boundary; thence North on said east boundary a distance of 208.71 feet to the true beginning, containing 1.00 acres more or less.
The application alleges Kent Graves and Robin Reed Graves are the only heirs at law of the decedent who has the right to succeed to the title to the property.
The application shall be heard by the Court in the Courtroom, Platte County Courthouse, Wheatland, Wyoming, on the 18th day of May, 2026, at the hour of 9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard and if it appears the facts stated in the Application are not in dispute the Court will enter a Decree establishing the right and title to the property.
