NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR DECREE
TAKE NOTICE that LaVonna Marker-Rasberry has filed an Application for Summary Distribution of Property in the matter of the estate of Laurell L. Marker wherein she alleges Laurell L. Marker died on the 6th day of February, 2026, a resident of the State of North Carolina and that at the time of death she was the owner of the following real property in Platte County, Wyoming:
The N 8’4” of Lot 4 and all of Lot 5, Block 77, Town of Wheatland,
Platte County, Wyoming.
The application alleges LaVonna Marker-Rasberry, Successor Trustee of the Laurell L. Marker Living Trust, dated May 23, 2007, is the only heir at law of the decedent who has the right to succeed to the title to the property.
There will be no administration of her estate and petitioner seeks to have a decree entered establishing the right and title to the real property. If no objection to the Application has been filed within thirty (30) days of the first date of publication the decree shall be presented to the Court, in the Courtroom, Platte County Courthouse, Wheatland, Wyoming, on April 27, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard.
