Pursuant to Wyoming Statute § 29-7-105, Jerry Wilson will foreclose that lien filed November 4, 2025, at Book 585, Page 134 of the records of the Platte County Wyoming Clerk, by public sale to be held at 213 Grange Road on the 11th day of April, 2026. Viewing of the property will begin at 9:00 a.m. and the sale will begin at 10:00 a.m. The property being subject to the lien and offered for sale is:
1. FAE Mastication Head – mulcher.
2. 1986 W-W horse trailer with contents.
3. 1999 Woodchuck 5G 16” disc chipper.
4. 2017 Lesco spray rig.
5. 2017 PJ 16’ flatbed trailer.
6. 2001 617DVS Ranger boat and trailer.
7. 2018 Kawasaki 500 4-wheeler with snowplow.
8. Miscellaneous tools, equipment and related items.
The amount due on the lien as of April 1, 2026, is $14,693.48. In addition all reasonable expenses incurred will be added to the lien amount.
