NOTICE OF INTENT TO APPLY FOR TAX DEED
To all owners, possessors or occupants of the real property described as: The Northeasterly 95 feet of Lot 4, Block 12, Town of Chugwater, Platte County, Wyoming.
Be advised that; James Cochran, the holder of the Certificate of Purchase No. 9625 purchased on July 14, 2020, and issued by the Platte County Treasurer’s Office for 2020-2025 delinquent taxes does give notice of intent to apply for a tax deed to the real property taxed or assessed in the name of Joseph F. Gilvey. There are no known special assessments for local or public improvements on this property, and the owner cannot be found in Platte County, Wyoming. The time for redemption will expire on June 25, 2026. Take notice that James E. Cochran will apply for a tax deed on or after the expiration date for redemption. Any persons holding an interest in this property or otherwise interested in application for tax deed may contact the applicant through his attorney, Mark C. Hardee of Mark C.
