NOTICE OF INTENT TO APPLY FOR TREASURER’S DEED
TO: Bonnie L. Jenkins, whose last known address was, Platte County Legacy Home, 100 19th Street, Wheatland, WY, 82201, and if deceased heirs, devisees, successors and assigns.
On July 9, 2019, Melissa Shockley purchased the following described property:W 18’ of Lot 13, all of Lot 14 and the E½ of Lot 15, Block 11, Black Mountain Village, Filing #1, Town of Wheatland, Platte County, Wyoming, for delinquent taxes assessed for the year 2018. The property was taxed in the name of Bonnie L. Jenkins. The time for redemption expired July 14, 2025. Melissa Shockley will make application for a Treasure’s Deed on July 15, 2026.
