NOTICE TO APPROPRIATORS OF GROUNDWATER
IN THE PLATTE COUNTY CONTROL AREA
The following petitions were received by the State Engineer’s Office. Upon conclusion of advertising and public comment, both items will be considered by the Platte County Control Area Advisory Board for their recommendation.
Bard Ranch Company: Board of Control Petition Docket No. I-2025-1-1 & I-U-2026-1-2 for amended Certificate Records resulting in voluntary abandonment of some acres, on lands located in Sec 20, 21, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, & 33, T24N, R67W and Sec 5, 7, & 8, T23N, R67W for the following permits: Permit No. U.W. 64304, 64305, 1340, 63068, 1341, 1342, 63070, 1500, 63071, 1501, 63072, 35761, 63073, 1753, 82385, 63067, 1779, 63069, 1778, 64301, 64302, 2799, 2422, 2715, 76090, 166365, and 64369.
Any objections to the granting of the above petitions must be made in writing to the State Engineer, 122 West 25th Street, Herschler Building 2W, Cheyenne WY 82002 or emailed to ryan.cox1@wyo.gov. Objections must be received within ten days of the final publication of this notice (3/7/2026).
