NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR DECREE
TAKE NOTICE that Hailey Rice has filed an Application for Decree in the matter of the estate of Linda Mann wherein she alleges the said Linda Mann died on the 15th day of May, 2024, a resident of Platte County, State of Wyoming and at the time of death she was the owner of the following real property in Platte County, Wyoming:
West½ of Lot 1 and the W½S½ of Lot 2, Block 90, Original Town of Wheatland, Platte County, Wyoming.
The application alleges that Hailey Rice is the only heir at law of the decedent who has the right to succeed to the title to the property.
The application shall be heard by the Court in the Courtroom, Platte County Courthouse, Wheatland, Wyoming, on the 17th day of March, 2026, at the hour of 9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard and if it appears that the facts stated in the Application are not in dispute the Court will enter a Decree establishing the right and title to the property.
