NOTICE TO APPROPRIATORS OF GROUND WATER
IN THE PLATTE COUNTY CONTROL AREA
The following application was received by the State Engineer’s Office. Upon conclusion of advertising and public comment, the application will be considered by the Platte County Control Area Advisory Board for their recommendation.
Willis Thomas and Kathy Orlinda Williams: T.F. No. U.W. 47-3-155W, 2nd Enl. Dale No. 1 is an enlargement for additional acreage and volumetric quantity only. This enlargement is to irrigate an additional 75 acres and an additional volumetric quantity of 150 acre-feet per year. The well is located in T23N, R68W, Section 4, SW¼ NW¼.
Any objections to the granting of the petition must be made in writing to the State Engineer, Attn: Ground Water Division, 122 W. 25th Street, Herschler Building 2W, Cheyenne, WY 82002 or emailed to ryan.cox1@wyo.gov. Objections must be received within ten (10) days of the final publication of this notice (2/28/2026).
