NOTICE TO APPROPRIATORS OF GROUND WATER
IN THE PLATTE COUNTY CONTROL AREA
The following groundwater petition to the State Engineer has been received in the State Engineer’s Office. Upon conclusion of advertising, this petition will be considered by the Platte County Control Area Advisory Board for their recommendation.
Curt and Sherri Zimmerer: State Engineer Petition Docket No. U.W. 2026-1 to amend the 2nd Enl. Juschka #1 (Permit No. U.W. 213830), to change the name to “Juschka #1,” assign the total flow rate of the well (90 gallons per minute), and assign the supply type as Original Supply. Permit U.W. 5480, Juschka #1, and Permit U.W. 32203, Enl. Juschka #1, will be cancelled upon the granting of this petition.
Any objections to the granting of the petition must be made in writing to the State Engineer, Attn: Ground Water Division, 122 W. 25th Street, Herschler Building 2W, Cheyenne, WY 82002 or emailed to ryan.cox1@wyo.gov. Objections must be received within ten (10) days of the final publication of this notice (2/28/2026).
