NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Town of Wheatland Public Notice of Hearing – Ricky and Colleen Herman have filed an application to the Wheatland Planning and Zoning Commission for a Special Use Permit (SUP) to utilize the upper level of 814 8th Street for a single-family apartment, the lower level of the structure will continue uses allowed in the General Business District. PUBLIC HEARING will be held before the Wheatland Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday February 5th, 2026, at 6:00 pm. The public hearing will be held in the Town Hall Council Chamber at 600 9th St, Wheatland, WY.
