NOTICE OF ABANDONED PROPERTY
To: Thomas Lambert, former occupant of 68 Meadow Lane, Wheatland, WY 82201.
This notice is being provided pursuant to Wyoming Statute § 1-21-1210. Please be advised that the Owner have taken lawful possession of the premises you abandoned, said premises being located at 68 Meadow Lane, Wheatland, WY 82201. Thomas Lambert, as former occupant, has left personal property including, mowers, 4-wheelers, boats, campers, 2-wheel trailers, air compressors, hand tools, lumber, motor cycles, auto engines, tires, wheels, salvage metal, shop heating stoves, and numerous vehicles on the premises.
You have seven (7) days from the date this notice is published to either take possession of your personal property or to provide written notice to the undersigned that you intend on taking possession of your property. If you intend to take possession of your property you must communicate with the undersigned to arrange a time to pick up the property. If you fail to take possession or provide written notice to the undersigned that you intend on taking possession, the above-described property shall be conclusively deemed abandoned, and the Owners may retain or dispose of the property. Reasonable storage fees must be paid to the Owners before the property is removed.
