The Office of State Lands and Investments (“OSLI”), on behalf of the State Board of Land Commissioners (“Board”), has initiated the administrative review and analysis process related to a proposed land exchange. Specifically, the Wyoming Military Department has expressed interest in exchanging deeded parcels in Platte County for State Land parcels in Platte County. A Detailed Analysis of the exchange of real property is available for public review on OSLI’s website https://lands.wyo.gov and at the OSLI office: 122 W. 25th St., Ste. W103, Cheyenne, WY, 82002. This notice initiates the required sixty (60) day public comment period. Written public comments may be submitted by mail to OSLI, Attn: Nikole Mathews, at the address above or by email to: slf-public-comments@wyo.gov. The public comment period will end on February 23, 2026. Furthermore, OSLI is hosting a public hearing to solicit additional public comments on the exchange at the following location and time:
