Notice of Intent to Apply for Tax Deed
Pursuant to Wyoming Statute Title 39-13-108, I Karl Schueler (Sole Proprietor of Too Tall Planning), who on July 14th, 2020 purchased at the Platte County Tax Sale Certificate of Purchase 9660, and shall make application for Treasurers’ Tax Deed on or after the 12th of January, 2026 for failure to redeem delinquent taxes for tax years 2019, through 2024. Tax Acct. Number R0000328, assessed in the Name of Tatom, Holly, with a mailing address of: 2680 B 1/2 RD APT 10A, GRAND JUNCTION CO 81503; Legal Description of Land: Town of Chugwater, Original Town, Block 20, Lot 34, with a physical address of: 244 2nd Street, Chugwater WY; Said Application for Tax Deed shall be made No Earlier Than three (3) months 26th of February, 2026, and No Later Than five (5) months 26th of April 2026, after the Date of final publication of this Notice. To the best knowledge of the applicant there have been no special assessments or public improvements for above said property.
