The Town of Glendo is accepting sealed proposals for a fixed price to repair, remodel and improve the Town Shop and a new storage building. The proposal shall include: a schematic design; detailed description of all materials and products proposed to construct the project; the bidders primary place of business; name and identification of individuals to be assigned to the project; experience with similar projects; qualifications; ability to protect the interests of the Town of Glendo during the project; ability to meet project budget and time schedule requirements; names of the prime consultants used for architectural and engineering design services.
Interested parties shall submit the following information as it pertains to their qualifications for selection: Location of the primary place of business; Name of the individual or individuals to be assigned to the project; Experience with similar projects.; Qualifications, licensure, liability insurance. And bonding ability. The bid should be in compliance with.WS§§ 16-6-101 through 16-6-107. Each of the above items shall be addressed in a brief written response and supported by the necessary documentation. Responses shall include one original and six copies. Following the opening of all responses timely submitted, the Town of Glendo will select between two and five firms that meet the necessary qualifications for the project. The selected firms will receive a request for interview and will be asked to submit a design build proposal. The project shall be administered pursuant to W.S. §§ 16-6-101 through 16-6-118 and WS.§§ 166-701 through 16-6-708. Preference will be given according to submissions per Wyoming law. The town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of the responses.

A pre-bid meeting will be held November 20, 2025 at 10:30 A.M. at Town Hall, 204 South Yellowstone, Glendo, Wyoming.
The proposals will be opened on December 10, 2025 at 6:45 P.M. at the Glendo Town Hall. The Town will notify the design-builders which they request make an oral presentation. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
