NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Town of Wheatland Public Notice of Hearing – Capstone Industries LLC has filed an application for a Special Use Permit to allow for the construction of a proposed Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Garage with associated living/dormitory space, to be located on the south side of the Platte County Hospital District property, adjacent to Zorn Street, within an area currently zoned Residential. PUBLIC HEARING will be held before the Wheatland Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday February 5th, 2026, at 6:00 pm. The public hearing will be held in the Town Hall Council Chamber at 600 9th St, Wheatland, WY.
