NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Howdy friends, this is a NOTICE! Cheynne Light, Fuel and Power Company, have filed three applications for three Special Use Permits for a 150-mile transmission line which transverses Platte County from north to south, located in parts of Township 20 North through Township 30 North, and parts of Range 67 West through Range 70 West. Public hearing for these requests will be held by the Platte County Planning and Zoning Commission on Tuesday, May 14th, 2024, at 7 PM in the Platte County Agriplex, located at 59 Antelope Gap Rd, Wheatland, WY, and by the Platte County Commissioners on Tuesday, May 21st, 2024, at 10 AM in the Platte County Courthouse, located at 800 9th Street, Wheatland, WY. Any person or pardner interested in having their opinions heard, this isn’t pulling a donkey’s tail, attend the public hearings. Email planner@plattecountywyoming.com with any comments, concerns, or would like a copy of the exact location of the proposed transmission line.
