Public Notice of Petition for Deannexation
Of Property from the Town of Chugwater
Notice is hereby given that the land owners of approximately 172 acres of unplatted agricultural land containing three private home sites within the present boundaries of the Town of Chugwater, Wyoming have filed a petition to the Town of Chugwater and the Platte County Wyoming Board of Commissioners for de-annexation of their property from the Town of Chugwater and that the boundaries of the town be redrawn to exclude said property as shown in the attached map. The petition is on file in the Platte County Clerks Office, 800 Ninth Street, Wheatland, Wyoming 82201.
