NOTICE OF ACTION TO APPOINT A WRONGFUL DEATH REPRESENTATIVE

TO ALL POTENTIAL BENEFICIEARIES OF WRONGFUL DEATH ACTION

Pursuant to Wyo. Stat. §1-38-105, please take notice that an action to appoint Petitioner Brittany Ford as the wrongful death representative of Bradley Davis has been instituted and any person claiming to qualify under Wyo. Stat. §1-38-104(a) may intervene as a matter of right. In appointing the wrongful death representative, the Court shall determine the person who will best represent the interests of the potential beneficiaries of the action as a whole. Within sixty (60) days after appointment, the wrongful death representative shall file to the Court a reporting listing all reasonably ascertainable beneficiaries. The report shall set forth all reasonable efforts made by the representative to notify such beneficiaries of the wrongful death representative’s appointment.

Every person for whose benefit an action for wrongful death is brought may prove his or her respective damages, and the court or jury may award such person that amount of damages to which it considers the person entitled, including damages for loss of probable future companionship, society, and comfort in accordance with Wyoming law.
Further, any persons intending to make a claim for the wrongful death of Bradley Davis are requested to notify the attorneys for the wrongful death estate: The Olson Law Firm, 1536 Cole Boulevard, Suite 170, Golden Colorado 80401, (303) 586-7297 on or before thirty (30) days from the date of first publication of this Notice. If notification is not made, no claim will be presented to any court or in any settlement negotiations. The publication of this Notice is not to be construed as an admission that any claimant has a proper claim.
