NOTICE OF INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE TRUST ASSETS AND NOTICE TO
CREDITORS
Notice is hereby given that George E. Reed died on August 27, 2007, and Carol A. Reed died on April 12,2023 in Platte County, Wyoming. On the date of Carol A. Reed’s death, Robert W. Bullock was the Trustee of the George E. Reed Revocable Trust dated February 16, 1994 and amendments thereto.. Notice is further given that upon the expiration of one hundred twenty (120) days after the first date of publication of this notice, the herein-named Trustee intends to have the property of the George E. Reed Revocable Trust distributed as permitted under the terms of the Trust. Notice is further given that creditors having claims against the Trust, are required to file a claim in writing with the herein-named Trustee of the George E. Reed Revocable Trust dated February 16, 1994, in care of Douglas W. Weaver P.O. Box 219, Wheatland, Wyoming 82201, or shall commence a judicial proceeding to contest the validity of the George E. Reed Revocable Trust dated February 16, 1994 or the distribution by the herein-named Trustee on or before one hundred twenty (120) days from the date of first publication of this notice. If such claims are not filed, or if such judicial proceeding is not commenced, within 120 days of the first publication of this notice, such creditors or persons will be forever prohibited from making any claim against the assets of the George E. Reed Revocable Trust dated February 16, 1994 or commencing any judicial proceeding against the Trust or, the Trustee, or the assets of the Trustee of the George E. Reed Revocable Trust dated February 16, 1994 pursuant to W.S. § 4-10-507 and W.S. § 4-10-604.
