NOTICE OF PROBATE
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN SAID ESTATE:
You are hereby notified that on the 8th day of August, 2023, an Application was filed in the above-named Court requesting Decree of Distribution for the estate of the above-named decedent. The decedent passed on May 22, 2023 leaving Vicki Palmer as the sole beneficiary and distributee. The Application for Decree of Distribution, pursuant to Wyoming Statutes § 2-1-205, praying that the Court distribute all of the decedent’s interest in and to the following described real and personal property unto the above-mentioned heir:
Lot 111, Black Mountain Village Filing No. 2, Town of Wheatland, Platte County, Wyoming
Notice is further given that all persons indebted to the decedent or to the estate are requested to make immediate payment to the undersigned at the offices of Sherard, Sherard, Artery and Johnson, 602 10th Street, P.O. Box 69, Wheatland, Wyoming 82201.
Creditors having claims against the decedent or the estate are required to file them in duplicate with the necessary vouchers, or any objections to the Application, shall be filed in the office of the Clerk of said Court, on or before thirty days after the date of the first publication of this notice, and if such claims are not so filed, unless otherwise allowed or paid, they will be forever barred.
