NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE
TAKE NOTICE that by virtue of a Judgment entered against Norman Strickholm in favor of AGH Farms, LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company on the 29th day of March, 2023, in the amount of $340,669.52, plus accruing post judgment interest and costs, the undersigned will sell to the highest bidder at 10:00 a.m. on September 11, 2023, the following described real property, to-wit:

The sale shall be conducted on the front steps of the Platte County Courthouse in Wheatland, Wyoming.
