NOTICE TO APPROPRIATORS OF
GROUND WATER
IN THE PLATTE COUNTY CONTROL AREA
The following application has been received in the State Engineer’s Office. Upon conclusion of advertising, the application will be considered by the Platte County Control Area Advisory Board for their recommendation.
CONNELLEY, BILL AND AMY: Temporary Filing Number U.W. 46-10-304, the 2nd Enl Greer No 1, is an enlargement of the Greer No 1 Well, Permit No. U.W. 30336, for expanded use (irrigation), additional yield, volumetric quantity, and acreage. The Greer No. 1 Well is located in the SE ¼ NW ¼ of Section 15, T26N, R67W. The enlargement would allow irrigation of 255 acres, an increase in the maximum instantaneous flow of water by 800 gallons per minute, and an increase in maximum volumetric quantity by 684 acre-feet/year.
Any objections to the granting of this permit must be made in writing to the State Engineer, Attn: Ground Water Division, 122 West 25th Street, Herschler Building 2W, Cheyenne, WY 82002. Objections must be received within ten (10) days of the final publication of this notice (July 15, 2023).
