NOTICE OF PETITION FOR DISTRIBUTION OF REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY
All creditors, Heirs, legatees and Distributees of THOMAS ALMER DOWNEY, Deceased, and all other persons interested, are hereby notified that the Heirs of the above named Decedent have filed an Petition for Distribution by Summary Procedure of the real property of Thomas Almer Downey, with the Clerk of Court, Eighth Judicial District, Platte County, Wyoming. Said Petition alleges that Thomas Almer Downey, also known
as Thomas A. Downey, died testate on March 2, 2023 in Platte County, Wyoming; that the value of the Decedent’s Estate wherever located, less liens and encumbrances, does not exceed $200,000.00; that thirty (30) days have elapsed since Decedent’s death; that no Application for Appointment of a Personal Representative is pending or has been granted in any jurisdiction in the State of Wyoming; that Petitioner Katherine Yvonne Swenson is the daughter of and devisee under the will of toThomas A. Downey, and that Katherine Yvonne Swenson and Donald Thomas Downey are entitled to a Decree establishing their right, title, and interest in and to Decedent’s real property in 203 N. Warren Avenue,
Glendo, Wyoming 82213, more particularly described as:
Lot 1, Block 4 in the Town of Glendo, Platte County, Wyoming.
That there are no other Heirs having a right to succeed to the property. Persons having objections to the Application shall file written objection with the Clerk of the District Court, Eighth Judicial District, Platte County, Wyoming, on or before thirty (30) days from the first date of publication of this notice.
