NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUMMARY
DISTRIBUTION OF DECEDENT’S ESTATE
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED, TAKE NOTICE:
That Diona R. Copsey, formerly known as Diona R. Miller died on the 21st day of June, 2021, at Platte County, Wyoming; leaving Lori Ann Morales, Kayla Rae Gross, Trustee, for the benefit of Amy Michelle Copsey, Kayla Rae Gross, Kyler Ryan Copsey, Kayla Rae Gross for the benefit of Kassidy ReeAnn Morales, Kayla Rae Gross for the benefit of Misty Morales, Kayla Rae Gross for the benefit of Philyp Morales, Kayla Rae Gross for the benefit of Lillyann Morales as her sole distributees.
That on the 2nd day of September, 2021, the aforementioned distributee filed, in the District Court of the Eighth Judicial District, Platte County, State of Wyoming, an Application for decree of Distribution, pursuant to Wyoming Statutes 2-1-205, praying that the Court distribute all of the descendant’s interest in and to the following described real property and personal property located in Platte County, Wyoming.
E1/2N1/2 of Lot 27, West Subdivision of the Town of Guernsey, Platte County, Wyoming, 1988 Magnolia Mobile Home, the following insurance policies; Federated Insurance, EquiTrust Life Insurance, United Life Insurance, and various items of personal property contained in a list attached to the Will; as follows:
1/3 of estate to Lori Ann Morales of Guernsey, WY, 1/3 of estate to Kayla Rae Gross, Trustee, for the benefit of Amy Michelle Copsey, of Guernsey, WY, 1/18 of estate to Kayla Rae Gross, of Guernsey, WY, 1/18 of estate to Kyler Ryan Copsey, of Lusk, WY, 1/18 of estate to Kayla Rae Gross for the benefit of Kassidy ReeAnn Morales, of Rawlins, WY, 1/18 of estate to Kayla Rae Gross for the benefit of Misty Morales, of Guernsey, WY, 1/18 of estate to Kayla Rae Gross for the benefit of Philyp Morales, of Guernsey, WY, and 1/18 of estate to Kayla Rae Gross for the benefit of Lillyann Morales, of Guernsey, WY.
That said Application has been set down for hearing before the Court at the District Court, Platte County Courthouse, Wheatland, Wyoming, at 8:00 A.M. on the 18th day of October, 2021, where all persons interested may appear and object to the granting of the relief;
IF THERE ARE NO OBJECTIONS TO THE APPLICATION AND IF IT APPEARS THAT THE FACTS SET FORTH IN THE APPLICATION ARE NOT IN DISPUTE, the Court will enter its Decree of Distribution setting over all of the real and personal property as requested in the Application filed herein.
