HARTVILLE - Antonia Rodriguez, 100, of Hartville, was all smiles for onlookers after blowing out birthday candles during a celebration at the Hartville Town Hall March 27.

Longtime Hartville resident of over 57 years, Antonia (aka Toni) is best known for her cooking, canning, embroidery, crocheting and quilting, but mostly for her hot salsa and green chili burritos.

She is a mother of three, grandmother of seven and great-grandmother of seven. She is also the "unofficial" grandma to many children she has watched over the years during her time in Hartville.

Over 75 members of her family, friends and the community attended the celebration in her honor.
