Take notice that Jim Meyer has filed an application for a Subdivision. Mr. Meyer would like to create a 1.76 acre parcel out of the existing Lot 1 of the Meyer Subdivision. That parcel would eventually be granted to one of Mr. Meyer’s children, but for the time being Mr. Meyer just wants to square up Lot 1 of the Meyer Subdivision.
The Platte County Planning & Zoning Commission will review the request on Wednesday, January 16th, 2019 at 6:00 PM. If approved, the Platte County Commissioners will review the request on Tuesday, January 22nd, 2019 at 10:00 AM. Both of these meetings will take place in the Commissioner’s Chambers at the Platte County Courthouse, which is located at 800 9th Street, in Wheatland.
Expressing any concerns to the Planning Office, 600 9th St., Wheatland, WY 82201, at least one week before the first hearing allows this office to incorporate your input into the staff report, thereby brining awareness of issues to the Boards prior to the hearings.
