NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUMMARY
DISTRIBUTION OF DECEDENT’S ESTATE

TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED, TAKE NOTICE:
That Eugene Ernest Zigmond died on the 4th day of December, 2006, at Cheyenne, Laramie County, WY, leaving as his sole and only Heir and Devisee, Helen Deborah Zigmond, his wife.
That on the 11th day of December, 2018, the aforementioned Heir and Devisee filed in the District Court of the Eighth Judicial District, Platte County, State of Wyoming, an Application for Decree of Distribution pursuant to Wyoming Statutes § 2-1-205, praying that the Court distribute all of the decedent’s interest in the following described real and personal property, to-wit:
Town of Chugwater, Original Town, Block 25, Lots 5 and 6 unto Helen Deborah Zigmond.

That said Application has been set down for hearing before the Court at the District Court, Platte County Courthouse, Wheatland, Wyoming, at 9:00 a.m., on the 22nd day of January, 2019, where all persons interested may appear and object to the granting of the relief;
IF THERE ARE NO OBJECTIONS TO THE APPLICATION AND IF IT APPEARS THAT THE FACTS SET FORTH IN THE APPLICATION ARE NOT IN DISPUTE, the Court will enter its Decree of Distribution setting over all of the decedents interest in the aforementioned real and personal property as requested in the Application filed herein.
