Possible driver fatigue or distraction caused this pickup to drift off the roadway on 16th Street in Wheatland. First, hitting one sign, then a larger sign, the vehicle then slid up the post high enough to tip over on its side. The driver was not intoxicated. The incident, which was reported at 6:13 p.m. on Wednesday to the Wheatland Police Department, is still under investigation.
