Funeral services for Tracy Lee Eller, 57, will be held at 10:00 A.M. Friday, January 12, 2024 at the Glendo Community Church in Glendo with Pastor Benny Hill officiating. Inurnment will be in the Horseshoe Cemetery near Glendo at a later date.
Tracy passed from a sudden illness on Wednesday, January 3, 2024 at the Wyoming Medical Center in Casper with her mother and aunt at her bedside.
Tracy was born Tuesday, March 15, 1966 in Wheatland the daughter of Lyle Eugene and Frances Edith (Johnson) Eller. She was raised and educated in Glendo, graduating from the Glendo High School in 1984. Tracy spent her entire life in Glendo except one year when she resided in Florida. She lived with her grandmother while attending a business school in Florida. She returned to Wyoming and continued in business working for High Plains Press for 17 years and was the business manager for the Glendo Marina. She has worked the past 15 years at her favorite job as a secretary for the Glendo public schools. She loved working with the staff and all the kids called her their principal.
Tracy was a devoted daughter, sister, and aunt. She loved her dogs taking them to her mom’s house each day before school. She knew her Mom and the dogs wouldn’t be alone each day. Tracy always had a sweet smile for everyone she was near.
She is survived by her mother, Frances Eller of Glendo; brother, Steve Eller, of Glendo; nephews, Hunter (Sara) Eller and their son, Jade, of Nebraska and Hayden (Sonia) Eller and their son, Roman, of Colorado.
Tracy was preceded in death by her father, Lyle Eller, on November 19, 2014.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to Marge Cares, P.O. Box 98, Glendo, Wyoming 82213 would be appreciated by the family.
