Rick Robbins, local Kiwanis member, is one of over 100 community members who volunteered to ring the bell for The Salvation Army in Wheatland this year. The money collected provides assistance for residents in Platte County. The need is great, especially since there is no longer funding from a Community Development grant. Anyone wanting to provide support with a tax-deductible contribution can send a check to P.O. Box 391 in Wheatland, WY 82201.
